Wayne and Marilyn Fronabarger of Oak Ridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Nicole Fronabarger, to Jonathan James Tucker, both of Jackson. He is the son of Roger and Mira Tucker of Perryville, Mo.

Fronabarger is a 1995 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 1999 and a bachelor of science degree in education in 2006 from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a middle school teacher with Perry County School District in Perryville.

Tucker is a 2001 graduate of Perryville High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast in 2006. He is an elementary teacher with Perry County School District.

A Sept. 20 wedding is planned at Chaumette Winery in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
