The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Ian Alexander Phillips, 19, 1116 Cousin St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for leaving the scene of an accident.

Samantha M. Criddle, 21, 221 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Corrine E. Mack, 32, 741 W. Kathleen St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for stealing.

Terry Lynn Stacy, 48, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 9, was arrested on warrants from Madison and Iron counties for bad check charges.

Ricky Lynn Dennison, 48, 232 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

Jennifer Gayle Horton, 31, 402 Donald St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and for striking a legally parked vehicle.

Summonses Maria Morales Rodriguez, 33, 1996 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for a school bus stop-arm violation.

Michelle Lynn Johns, 1093 County Road 453, Oak Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to yield following a vehicle accident at Plaza Way and Good Hope Street.

Thefts A computer was reported stolen from 3012 William St.

A purse and its contents was reported stolen from 724 Broadway.

Property Damage An air mattress was reported damaged at 1805 Bloomfield Road.

Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the failure to return jewelry a refrigerator, a computer, television and stereo.

A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A green 10-speed Huffy bicycle was reported found at Herman and Louis streets.

Arrests

Anthony M. West Sr., 31, of Jackson was arrested Aug. 21 on a warrant for deserting the U.S. Army.

William L. Johnson, 52, of Allenville, Mo., was arrested Aug. 21 on a warrant from Jefferson County for probation violation and domestic assault.

Linda J. Wickham, 48, of Jackson was arrested Aug. 21 on a Bernie, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court for driving while intoxicated.

Ronda L. Simmons, 21, of Lawton, Okla., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court on an ordinance charge.

Garry Woods Sr., 41, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, unlawful use of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

Marshall S. Kilburn, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and driving while intoxicated.

Tamare L. O'Kelly, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Joseph L. Figliolo Jr., 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

James E. Walker, III, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
