Stewart-Bonds

Pam and Nelson Butz Jr. of Fort Scott, Kan., and Robert Stewart of North Platte, Neb., announce the engagement of their daughter, Bobbi Jo Stewart, to Luther Ridale Bonds, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of the Rev. Luther and Bessie Bonds of Meadville, Miss.

Stewart is a graduate of Frontenac High School in Frontenac, Kan. She received a bachelor of science degree in social work and psychology from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kan. She is employed at SWB Corp. in Cape Girardeau.

Bonds is a graduate of Franklin High School in Meadville. He received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice and business from Southeast Missouri State University.

A Sept. 11 wedding is planned in Natchez, Miss.
