The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Kyle J. Hilligoss, 23, of 9950 S. 250 West, South Whiltey, Ind., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.Arrests

Christopher Wayne Ivey, 22, 1037 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for burglary and stealing.

Tony A. Preston Sr., 37, of 5918 Lillian St., St. Louis, was arrested on three city warrants for failure to appear.

David A. Fraser, 33, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Edward Sutton, 23, of 433 S. Ellis St., was arrested for contempt of court and the consumption of alcohol in public.

Summons Marshall E. Hicks, 18, of 47 Bienert St., Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts A coin purse and money were reported stolen Friday at Hopper and Kage roads.

Cash was reported stolen Friday at 402 S. Kingshighway.

Gas was reported stolen Friday at 920 N. Kingshighway.

A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

A purse and wallet were reported stolen Friday at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday at 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

A wallet was reported stolen Saturday in the 400 block of Albert Street.

A Dell laptop computer was reported stolen at Town Plaza.

A 20-inch Apex television was reported stolen from 221 S. Spanish St., Apt. 2.

A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday at 1540 Amblewood Drive.

Property damage

Property damage was reported Saturday in Twin Trees Park.

A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday at 139 Garnet Lane.

Miscellaneous

A 35-year-old man was reported missing Friday in the 400 block of North Frederick Street.
