DWI

Jessica Lee Wiggins, Box 131, Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after her vehicle struck a guardrail at Interstate 55 and Highway 74.

Arrests Wendell Clayton Bigham, 21, Box 251, Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a city warrant for assault.

Robert Noel Norris, 32, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 211, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Douglas Wayne Guyton Jr., 24, 225 S. Hanover St.,was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

Kaleigh Lynee Baker, no age given, 711 Third St., Scott City, was issued a summons for failure to yield following an accident at William Street and Farrar Drive.

Brandon Logan Beck, 3055 Shawnee St., Jackson, was issued a summons for running a red light.

Charles Duane Shemwell, 1330 Bertling St., was issued summonses for leaving the scene of an accident, striking a legally parked vehicle, no operator's license and no insurance.

Theft

Benches were reported stolen from 3910 Fawn Drive.Property Damage

A tire was reported damaged at 188 Garnet Lane.

A car wash wand was reported damaged at Themis and Middle streets.

Miscellaneous

A wallet and its contents were reported lost.

Ramiro Garcia Jr., 28, 2801 Sandlin Drive, Decatur, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.Arrests

Jeremy D. Clapp, 24, 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

Jerry J . Gow, 39, 1305 S. Farmington Road, Apt. B, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Summonses Martin M. Wood, 47, 659 E. Jefferson St., Jackson, was issued summonses for peace disturbance and fireworks violation.

Patricia S. Smith, 51, 815 Trails of Sunbrook, St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Landscape plants were reported damaged in the 500 block of North High Street.

Landscaping was reported damaged in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A tire was reported slashed in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft

Alcohol was reported stolen from the Rhodes 101 Stop at 113 W. Jackson Blvd.Miscellaneous

A bicycle was found in the 200 block of East Washington Street.

A fireworks violation was reported in the 700 block of East Independence Street.
