The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Martez Shante Bell, 19, 1204 William St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for a fireworks violation.

David Randall DePew, 42, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 49, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

Edwin Tyrone Patterson, 32, 430 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Jefferson City, Mo., warrant for a probation and parole violation

Jerome Lewis Bridges, 18, 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

Emily Suzanne Miller, 22, 2371 Route BB, East Prairie, Mo., and Deaconia Raye Loomes, 42, 312 Virginia St., East Prairie, were arrested on suspicion of stealing following a report of stolen clothing and jewelry from J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall.

Summons

Nathan A. Edwards, no age given, 16800 Kingstown Drive, Wildwood, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen from Basic Fuel, 2851 Bloomfield Road.

Two red and black bicycles and a gas can were reported stolen from 1700 Pioneer St.

A money order was reported stolen from 2818 Whitener St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

Gasoline was reported stolen by BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

A teal green 1997 Dodge, Missouri license plates 638 TCP, was reported stolen from 1715 Henry St.

A purse was reported stolen at 865 N. Kingshighway.

Fifty wooden pallets were stolen from K's Merchandise, 371 S. Broadview St.

A teal green 10-speed Roadmaster bicycle was reported stolen from 1724 Good Hope St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart.

Prescription medication was reported stolen from 110 N. Park St.

Property Damage

The rear passenger door of a vehicle was reported damaged at 3439 William St.Miscellaneous

Two residents reported animal bites at 215 N. Louisiana St.

A 1990 tan BMW was towed from 2700 Pioneer St.

A checkbook was reported found at 1606 Good Hope St.

A red 1992 Dodge Dynasty, license 180 TCW, was reported abandoned at 64 S. Plaza Way.

A tan 1987 Mercury Cougar, License 343 RYS, was reported abandoned at 2327 Bloomfield Road.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Timothy L. Goanell, 27, of Scott City was arrested Sept. 4 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Jonathan N. Randol, 29, of Jackson was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension.

Carol D. Voelker, 43, of Oak Ridge was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Michael H. Lee, 43, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 3 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Jimmy L. Simms, 40, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Sept. 3 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for four counts of forgery.

William J. Johnson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sept. 3 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.

Justin L . Cox, 22, of Scott City was arrested Sept. 3 on Maries County warrants for failure to appear for passing a bad check and failure to appear for probation violation.

Jeffrey B. Cronenbold, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sept. 4 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on a warrant from Alexander County, Ill., for failure to appear.

Ismael C. Aguilera, 32, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving under suspension.

Charles E. Turpin, 28, of Old Appleton, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Terry L. Watkins, 37, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under revocation and possession of a controlled substance.

Lamont D. Bolden, 30, of St. Louis was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on two counts of nonsupport.Summonses

Debra P. Johnson, 44, of Delta was issued a summons Wednesday for driving while revoked and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Brandon P. Menz, 18, of Delta was issued a summons Thursday for driving under revocation.
