DWI

Bradley Heath Redfering, 21, 2838 Whitener St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Christopher Tyrone Jackson, 20, 24 Village Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Ricky Lamont Nelson, 18, 200 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court for possession of alcohol by a minor and fireworks violation.

Tammy A. Higgs, 21, 825 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Andrew Marshall Yoffie, 21, 1969 David St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, driving an unlicensed vehicle, no insurance and driving while revoked.

Summonses

Virgil Nelson Steiner, 48, 600 Albert St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Andrew Marshall Yoffie, 21, 1969 David St., was issued a summons for indecent conduct.

Scott E. Smith, 19, 16012 Autumn Circle, Ellisville, Mo.; Zachary T. Mertens, 19, 4344 Koeln, St. Louis; Robert D. Block, 19, 1247 Shannon County Drive, St. Louis; and Brett M. Holzem, 19, 4236 Rigford Drive, St. Louis, all were issued summonses for possession of false or altered identification and speeding.

Nicholas R. Smith, 19, Towers North, No. 1002, and Natalie J. Foster, 18, 404 Towers East, were issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

An Illinois license plate, 611-2078, was reported stolen at 509 Bellevue St.

Property Damage

A mailbox was reported damaged at 1418 Howell St.

Tires were reported cut at 621 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

Two girls ages 15 and 16 were cited into juvenile court for stealing and truancy.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Lori A. Haerting, 39, 510 Georgia St., Jackson, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.

Shannon Maddox, 27, 725 Dallas St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

Ronda A. Talley, 35, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 17 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

Joseph L. Figliolo, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of precursor to drug manufacture, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and failure to signal.
