Arrests

Flora Jean Riley, 35, 105 C North St., Wilson City, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for improper registration and no proof of insurance.

Michael F. McClard, 23, 418 Cook St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and lack of insurance ID card.

Summons

Jamel R. Oliver, no age given, 1523 Wayne St., was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

Shane M. Sprouse, 17, 3208 Kage Hills Drive, was issued a summons for park curfew violation.

Renee Jeanee Kaiser, 17, 630 Bunker Drive, was issued a summons for park curfew violation.

Thefts

Ice was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.

A yellow scooter was reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

A wallet was reported stolen.

Saws were reported stolen, door glass broken and padlocks damaged at Bargain Hound Building Supply, 851 S. Kingshighway.

Signs were reported stolen from House of Brides, 238 N. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

A maroon 1995 Ford Escort with Illinois license 766A455 was reported abandoned on Interstate 55.

A gray 1990 Chrysler New Yorker with Missouri license 892PYX was reported abandoned in the 1800 block of Bloomfield Street.

A black 1985 Oldsmobile was reported abandoned at 47 S. Park St.
