Cape Girardeau The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests Melinda Eve Higgins, 34, 1714 Oak Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a nuisance. The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Melinda Eve Higgins, 34, 1714 Oak Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a nuisance.

Tyler Wade Ditch, 19, 7499 Whiskey Drive, Bloomsdale, Mo., was arrested on Jefferson County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked, failure to appear for speeding and failure to appear for no seatbelt.

Amanda Elizabeth Buza, 19, 1713 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing following an incident at Hastings, 2136 William St.

John Robert Miller, 24, 16 N. Park, Apt. A., was arrested on a Camden County warrant for failure to wear a seatbelt.

Leo Thomas Steinbrenner III., 21, 6145 Jo Drive, House Springs, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Tonya Nicole Reynolds, 23, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 359, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for improper registration.

Thefts

A television was reported stolen from Ferrell Mobile Homes, 890 S. Kingshighway.

Cash, a wallet and its contents, and a security lock box were reported stolen from 312 W. Lorimier St.

A shotgun, 8-inch subs and a cell phone were reported stolen from 101 Cape West Parkway.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

A red and blue mountain bicycle was reported stolen from 211 S. Lake St.

A handicap placard was reported stolen from 2608 Ranchito Drive.

Property damage

A mailbox was reported damaged at 2309 Lombardo Drive.

A political sign was reported damaged at 1606 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

Fraudulent use of an electronic device as reported at 3038 Westfield Drive.
