Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

n Robert J. Teater, 50, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 402, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

• Antwone D. Johnson, 29, 2148 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to display plates.
• Sandra S. Enlow, 19, 123 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

n Robert R. Sales, 29, 243 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

• Dale P. LaFont, 58, 402 Chesley Drive., was issued a summons for maintaining nuisance vehicles.
• Jessie J. Hale, 18, 800 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
• Crystle E. Sandridge, 29, 1115 Cousin St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Theft

• Clothes, perfume and miscellaneous items were reported stolen at 110 N. Park Ave.
• Tools and a purse were reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering was reported at Spring Avenue and Bloomfield Street.
• A 34-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 200 block of High Street.

Miscellaneous

• A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
• A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East Lane.
• Disorderly conduct was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
