The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Eddie D. Butler, 44, 323 Mounds St., Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Keith N. Estes, 35, 8305 County Road 306, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Justin D. Laws, 26, 302 Joy St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Lois A. Aaron, 35, 70 S. Wall St., Scott City, was arrested on two city warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

Marlon L. Turner, 29, 623 Jefferson St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

James T. Eakin, 20, 512 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for passing bad checks and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Shannon D. James, 35, no address given, was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

Summons

Jason E. Lashley, 27, 1105 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

Thefts

A bank bag and belt were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 317 N. Broadview St.

Speakers were reported taken and a vehicle window broken in two separate incidents at 200 S. Kingshighway.

Speakers an amplifier and CD player were taken and a vehicle window broken at 1601 Independence St.

A sign was reported stolen from 3012 William St.

Checks were reported stolen at 1129 Mahy Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen at D-Mart, 3415 William St.

A cell phone was reported stolen from 240 S. Mount Auburn Road.

A DVD player was reported stolen from FYE Music at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

Burglary

A burglary was reported at 1901 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

Five instances of forgery were reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.

A green and silver bicycle was reported found at Missouri and Jefferson streets.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

William R. Thompson Jr., 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Christian M. Salyer, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Jackie W. Pearman Jr., 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Jordan Sides, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Maria A. Wead, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation on an original charge of driving while revoked and failure to appear in court on traffic violations.

Eric A. Lewis, 33, of Piedmont, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and nonpayment of child support.

Joshua E. Foeste, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

Jessica A. Oxford, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
