The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Amy Dawn Stallings, no age given, 521 Broadway Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a vehicle accident at Broadway and Fountain streets.

Arrests

Veta Ann Meints, 45, 1424 William St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawn E. Barnes, 33, 306 N. Mine Lamotte, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension.

Joseph M. Kelley, 30, 2092 Old Toll Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Richard Leon Stanley, 42, 330 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault.

Aaron Louis Wiggins, 22, 150 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

Kelly Lee Barnes, 23, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Zachary William Poggemoeller, 20, 17400 Old Jamestown Road, Florissant, Mo., was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to communicate with the court.

Summonses

James Louis Masters, 42, 104 N. Main St., Ironton, Mo., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

David Victor Bauer, no age given, 132 E. Cape Rock Drive, was issued summonses for leash law violation and having an animal at large.

Burglaries

Doors, carpeting, merchandise displays, a mirror and door lettering were damaged in a burglary reported at Regional Eye Care Center, 1749 Independence St. Cash was also taken.

Burglary was reported at Spartech Plastics, 2500 Spartech Drive.

Property damage

A door was reported damaged at Capital Insurance and Associates, 326 S. Broadview St.

A vehicle door was reported scratched at 3439 William St.

A vehicle window was reported damaged and a hiking bag, wallet and checks were reported stolen at 616 Broadway.

A vehicle rear passenger glass was reported broken at 449 Frederick St.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen from Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.

A monitor, CD player and DVD player were reported stolen from 3049 William St.

A purse was reported stolen from 205 Caruthers St.

A purse was reported stolen from 757 Woodbine Place.

An amp, subwoofer, sunglasses and electronic tools were reported stolen from 787 W. Rodney Drive.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi-State, 400 Morgan Oak St.

A check was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A wallet and its contents and medications were reported stolen from 211 Saint Francis Drive.

A felony amount of jewelry was reported stolen from Houck Stadium.

Miscellaneous

A girl's pink and purple bicycle was reported found at Merriwether and Benton streets.

A minor on the premises and possession of alcohol by a minor were reported at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Amanda L. Hahs, 21, 1862 County Road 425, Friedheim, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrest

Clifford Bangert, 50, 2463 Alpine St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse.

Theft

A theft was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.

Jerrod W. Talley, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Donald H. Evans, 218, of Qulin, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for attempting to steal anhydrous ammonia, unlawful release of ammonia and possession of a methamphetamine precursor.

Dennis L. Nash, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Sean S. McGhee, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for larceny.
