The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving and failure to comply with ignition interlock.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.

* Teresa Lanette Rivers, 28, 537 N. Sprigg St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Diana L. Emde of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for following a motor vehicle too closely.

* Doris K. Woolridge, 28, 2857 Themis St., Apt. A1; Temika N. Cleaves, 26, 2842 Indepence St., Apt. 11; and Clarissa F. Walker, 21, 909 N. Missouri St., received summonses for trespassing and phone harassment.

* Shane S. Gehlert, 162 Oneida Lane, received a summons for failure to yield.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at 2819 Whitener St.

* Christopher R. Fields, 26, 12957 State Highway 72, Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and speeding.
