The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending charges for interfering with arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Regina Davis, 36, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter and animal neglect.

* Timothy D. Wilson, 37, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Ronald S. Middleton, 44, of Kansas City, Kansas, was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Theft

* An identity theft was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1007 Locust St. A coffee table and light glass covers were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 608 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 3. Furniture was reported damaged.

Property damages

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3002 Themis St.

* Nathan D. Jones, 20, 305 Florence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Summons

* Morris G. Crowell Jr., 25, 1105 Hidden Valley Drive, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to provide insurance.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the area of Optmist Hill Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Abbie Court.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
