Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lynell B. Williams, 38 of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston warrant for contempt of court.

* Joshua A. Smith, 19, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Clayton L. Anderson, 20, 1548 Revlon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in a single lane.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported. A subject is in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Lynell B. Williams, 38, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the incident.

* A mattress, box springs, TV, clothing, shoes, iPod, speakers, DVD player, clock and other items were reported stolen at 1040 S. Frederick St.

* Shell D Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of food and clothing. Logan P. Seabaugh, 18, 421 Bellevue St., Apt. C, was issued a summons, and a 15-year-old girl was placed in custody in connection with the incident.

* A watch and bracelet were reported stolen at Thilenius Street.

* D Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A BlackBerry and bank cards were reported stolen 1420 Pemiscot St.

* A digital camera and gift card were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 207 N. Pindwood Lane.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 126 Edgewood Drive.

* A burglary was reported at 601 N. Middle St. Bath and light fixtures were reported damaged in the incident.

Property damage

* A bicycle was reported damaged at Independence and Main streets.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* At 51-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 2500 block of Diana Drive.

* A theft was reported in the area of South Ohio Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Blanche Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2700 block of Ridge Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Otto Drive.
