Faith Baptist Church participates in a collection drive for Soles4Souls, a not-for-profit organization that collects shoes for those in need. Church members will man a booth at the Country Days festival.

Homecoming celebration

Fairview General Baptist Church will celebrate by following regular morning services followed by a dinner and afternoon singing by the group Crossroads.

Vacation Bible school

Zion United Methodist Church will hold SonRock Kids Camp Vacation Bible School with crafts, music, food and fun for ages nursery through sixth grade.

Educational program

The second session at Abbey Road Christian Church in a six-week educational program on Islam will be a presentation by Dr. Tashin Khalid, imam of the Islamic Center.

Fundraiser

A benefit fish fry, gospel singing and silent auction will be held for Andy Sitze. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Sitze and his family.
