The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brandon E. Geiger, 18, 1126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for being a minor visibly intoxicated.

* Ryan S. Poole, 23, 224 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and no seat belt.

* Curtis Avance Jr., 21, 2830 Whitener St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court for open container.

* A 14-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation, false declaration and being a minor in possession of tobacco.

* Tonya L. Jones, 31, 427 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Talitha K. Brown, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for noise disturbance.

* Robert J. Ellis, 26, of Jackson was issued a summons for noise disturbance.

* Charles F. Daley, 38, 2762 Chrysler St., Rachel L. Daley, 34, 2762 Chrysler St., Crystal L. Daley, 28, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., John B. Keefner, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., and Lee B. Preston, 27, of Sikeston were issued summonses for disturbing the peace.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of alcohol. A subject is in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

* A car window was reported broken and money reported stolen at 1861 Broadway.

* A wallet and money were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A purse, money, a debit card and identification cards were reported stolen at 3429 William St.

Property damage

* A damaged door was reported at 3122 Themis St., Apt. D.

* Window tampering was reported at 1908 Brink Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Violation of a child protection order was reported.

* A minor was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 35-year-old man was taken into custody.

* A 19-year-old man was taken into custody.
