Monday morning the first day of turkey season,my husband Kevin and my 12yr old daughter Amanda went turkey hunting. It was my daughter's first adult hunt. At about 6:30 a.m. four gooblers come over the hill with the sun rising in the back ground. The first one over was in full strut and three followed. As the turkey's headed down to the decoys my husband picked his gun up and my daughter was ready to shoot. She let him know whih one she was taking and they both shot simutlaneously. Kevin killed an 18pound one beard turkey. Amanda killed her first turkey ever at 26 pounds and 2beards. For anyones first turkey that is a dream. I was hoping you would find a place in your scrapebook page for their picture and story. I am so proud.
