Glueck - Howell

Stephen and Donna Glueck of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessi Nicole Glueck, to Kenneth Trent Howell, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Cindy Howell of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and the late Kenneth R. Howell.

Glueck is a 2004 graduate of Scott City High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in English from Southeast Missouri State University in 2008.

Howell is a 2001 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School. He received an associate of arts degree in pre-law from Three Rivers Community College in 2003. He received a bachelor of science degree in political science in 2005, and a master's degree in public administration in 2008, both from Southeast University.

An Oct. 10 wedding is planned at the Water's Edge in Gordonville.
