Summons; Assaults

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jordyn K. Hazel, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Lisa E. Cox, 47, 296 County Road 654, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Four juveniles were cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

* Michael S. Koepke and Jason M. Simmons, no ages given, both of Poplar Bluff, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jamie L. Davidson, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* James A. Welsh, 25, 218 Forester St., was arrested on a Missouri probation and parole warrant.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

* Alinea D. McMeans, 33, 335 S. Lormier St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

* Ellen K. Graham, 19, 1302 Butler St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Jason M. Simmons, 17, and Steven Koepke, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing and tampering.

* Kevin R. Jackson, 23, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.

* Preston I. Walden, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was arrested pending charges for unlawful use of a weapon.

* James A. Welsh, 45, 1021 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Holly L. Behsman, 41, 202 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Danny W. Schuff, 39, 447 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Patrick R. Sullivan, 18, of Carbondale, Ill., was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A wrought iron bench was reported stolen at 2867 Whitener St., Apt. A2.

* Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadow Brook drive, reported a theft of money.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft. Brigitte M. Howell, 24, of Jackson and Deana M. Heuring, 27, 1327 N. West End Blvd., were arrested in connection with the incident.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2800 Pioneer Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Money was reported stolen at North Kingshighway and Thomas Street.

* Radio Shack, 3049 William St., reported a theft of an adapter, cameras and cam.

Burglaries

* Mid South Steel Products, 2071 Corporate Circle, reported a burglary.

* A burglary was reported at 202 Park Drive. An Xbox, speaker box, tennis shoes and speakers were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 1714 Montgomery St. A television was reported stolen.

* Two cell phones were reported stolen at Arena Park.

* A burglary was reported at 5 Village Drive. A cell phone was reported stolen in connection with the incident.

* A burglary was reported at 326 Broadview St.

Property damage

* Paint on a vehicle was reported at 2020 Concord Place.

* Window damage was reported at 2847 Hemlock St.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported property damage.

* The Cape Girardeau School District reported property damage at 2880 Hopper Road.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was reported.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* Robbery was reported.

* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported on Symphony Drive.

Property damage

* Six property damage incidents were reported.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Mulberry Street.
