Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* William M. Corruthers, 59, 1221 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for third-degree domestic assault.
* Vivian A. Howard, 24, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau City warrant for contempt of court for no insurance.
* Theotis Robinson, 45, 1032 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration, resisting arrest by fleeing, walking in the street when a sidewalk was provided and having an open container of alcohol. Robinson was also arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation and parole violations.
Summons
* Jason L. Harkey, 28, 2840 Highway 177, received a summons for second-degree trespassing.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported.
Theft
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* An iPod, glasses and medication were reported stolen on North Frederick Street.
* A stereo was reported stolen on Siemers Drive.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 3021 Mimosa Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 1325 Broadway.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken at 539 W. Highland Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
* Second-degree domestic assault and tampering were reported.
* A 20-year-old subject was taken into protective custody.
* Interference with custody was reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest
* Austin L. Neal, 19, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* Found property was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.
* A request to check the welfare was reported on North High Street.
* A request to check the welfare was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
