* Tyrell M. Myers, 24, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking.
* Robert W. Penrod, 29, 1712 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending charges for being a minor in possession.
* Timothy H. Carter, 45, 209 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* A subject was in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, improper registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, having an unlicensed vehicle and driving without insurance.
* Eric L. Hogan, 23, 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trafficking cocaine. Hogan was also arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Vivian A Howard, 24, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for no insurance.
* Jesus C. Cruz, 17, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.
* Emmanuel Harris, 29, 1921 Randol Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud for insufficient funds ad a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
* Tanisha M. Richie, 24, 34 N. Park St., Apt. B., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance.
* A third-degree assault was reported.
* A third-degree domestic assault was reported.
* Concrete planters were reported stolen at 323 White Oaks Lane.
* Chairs were reported stolen at 2554 Independence St.
* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
* Money was reported stolen from 1444 Independence St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.
* A CD and cash were reported stolen at 821 William St.
* Cash was reported stolen at 1400 N. Sprigg St.
* A burglary and the theft of a television receiver and scooter were reported at 330 N. Pacific St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3519 Mallard Drive.
* A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* First-degree trespassing was reported.
* A 51-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
