Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Devontrez C. Coleman, 17, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was arrested pending charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* A subject was arrested on suspicion of failure to display plates.

* John A. Oliver, 26, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended and careless and imprudent driving.

* Eric M. Berry, 32, 4 Brenda Lane, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for driving while revoked and probation violation.

Summonses

* Billy R. Brown, 18, 1224 William St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons for failure to secure trash properly.

* Victoria R. Idom, 22, 1315 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Demetrius B. Rayford, 30, 1115 Cousin St., was issued a summons for leash-law violation.

* Adam M. Nations, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

* Levi A. Hobeck, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane change.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* A speaker with amplifier was reported stolen at 238 Barberry St.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of fuel.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft of fuel.

* An iPhone charger and laptop were reported stolen at Merriwether Street and South West End Boulevard.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1527 Dunklin St.

* A laptop computer and two radar detectors were reported stolen at 127 N. Water St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 614 Boxwood Drive. A laptop computer, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii and games were reported stolen.

Property damage

* Flat tires and scratches on vehicle were reported at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* A window was broken on vehicle at 900 Themis St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Leslie Allgood, 30, 2541 Janet Drive, was issued a criminal summons for peace disturbance.

* Tonya R. Claussen 37, 253 S. Union Ave., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Michael A. Dilley, 33, 433 W. Adams St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Corinne Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* A theft was reported on North High Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South West Lane.
