The Cape Girardeau Police released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert Debrock, no age given, 1218 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* Nathan Legrand, 25, 3120 Laurel Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* James Bild, 639 Spring St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Brendt Hightower, 3032 Aspen Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Aaron Essner, 1510 Parkview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Two were arrested pending charges for possession of a controlled substance.

* Lauren Poole, 35, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* David McKee, 707 N. West End Boulevard, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and careless and imprudent driving.

* Two were arrested pending charges for stealing and endangering welfare of a child.

* Lydia Lockridge, 22, 735 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.

* Sammy E. Phillips, 47, 825 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Francis Delisle, 18, of Portageville, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Kyle McCann, 18, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Albert Jackson, 23, of Pulaski, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Assault

* A third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Kmart reported clothing items stolen. Jessica L. McElrath, 21, 408 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Checks were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Shell D-Mart reported a 24-pack of beer stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1405 Luce St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 341 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Counterfeiting was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Mark W. Stimac, 52, 318 N. Missouri St., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to register vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Samuel L. Preastly III, 35, 630 Broadridge Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

Arrests

* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 31, 173 D St., Apt. 102, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, two counts of assault on a law enforcment officer and peace disturbance.

* Jonathan T. Simpson, 21, 824 Andrew St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1100 block of Lamar Street.
