* Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship: Help with the "Got A Hammer?" project and build a two-tier wooden set of bleachers at any time. If you have five hours to spare Saturday at 8 a.m., you can also help the Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship by volunteering to seal mounting block, ramp and dividing wall in arena, sweep and wet mop areas and then seal with brush or roller.

* Southeast Missouri American Red Cross chapter: The "Roll 'Em, Roll 'Em, Roll 'Em" opportunity caters to those who like paint. You can help remove items from walls and move furniture away from those walls; any taping that needs to be done in preparation for painting. Paint classrooms, reception area and hallway, offices, bathrooms, kitchen or other areas. The painting party will be after 1 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday to Friday.
