Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Terry L. Eakers, 53, 1810 Dumais St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Summonses

* Brittany L. Oliver, 18, 807 Birdie St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Alex K. Austin, 20, 1438 Bessie St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A sexual assault was reported.

Thefts

* Pamphlets were reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* A desk was reported stolen in the 1400 block of Whitener Street.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 618 North St. Cosmetics and jewelry were reported stolen.

Property damage

* Vehicle damage was reported at 508 S. Henderson Ave.

* Damage to a hydraulic gate was reported at 2460 Fairview Drive.

* Enterprise Rental Car, 901 Hackberry St., reported a dent on a passenger side door of a vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Douglas A. Brace, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vheicle without a license.

* Matthew L. King, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Kyla R. Miller, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Marcha A. Keckrone, 57, of Daisy was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and interfering with arrest.

* Jesse A. Prevallet, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Carrie A. Smith, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor.

* Anna R. Sieberist, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Lawrence County warrant for failure to appear for endangering the welfare of a child.
