Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* James E. Wiseman, 41, 702 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Keturah Williams, 32, 409 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stop sign violation.
* Lakesha R. McAllister, 29, 930 Rodney Vista Blvd., and Andrea N. Moore, 37, 31 N. Henderson Ave., were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* A subject was arrested pending charges of trespass and child endangerment.
* Mechelle N. Patton, 24, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
Summonses
* Samson L. Kiefer, 30, 1811 N. West End Blvd, was issued a summons for a noise violation.
* Bryan A. Craft Jr., 18, 423 Marroseann Drive, Apt. 11, was issued a summons for a noise violation.
* Shalonau R. Kirby, 31, 921 Hackberry St. Apt. 203, was issued a summons for harassment.
* Valeria R. Russell, 26, 925 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for placing trash at curb more than 12 hours before collection.
* Craig A. Hale, 31, 1205 Valley Lane, was issued a summons for having an animal at large.
* Jeannette L. Zungia, 36, 209 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash, failure to maintain property free of high weeds and placing trash at curb more than 12 hours before collection.
* Brenda J. Harris, 51, 805 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of nuisance vehicle.
* Troy L. Jones Jr., 33, 1430 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance vehicle.
Theft
* Shoes, clothes and CDs were reported stolen at 4 N. Benton St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of food.
* A purse was reported stolen at 334 N. Broadview St. Damage to a vehicle was also reported.
* Medication was reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 913 Hickory St. A laptop, a Nintendo WII, games, remotes, a motion sensor, a yard ornament and assorted toys were reported stolen in connection with the incident.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of West Main Street.
Miscellaneous
* A disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Adams Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
* A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Neal Street.
