Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jorge Vasquez III, 28, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

* Michelle R. Lawrence, 39, 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 111, was arrested on a warrant for conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

* Ryan T. Patterson, 28, 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 111, was arrested on a warrant charging three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action and one count of burglary.

* Enlawndes A. Bowers, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of possession of cocaine and driving while revoked.

* Jalois D. Thomas, 22, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1324 N. Missouri Ave. Coins were reported stolen in the break-in.

Thefts

* An air conditioner was reported stolen at 3020 Boutin Drive. Frank A. Ward, 42, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 34, and Billy E. Williams, 55, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 6, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A firearm and cash were reported stolen at 1211 Good Hope St.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged and trespassing was reported at 2813 Whitener St. Jontai A. Welch, 24, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C2, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1105 Ranney Ave. Tyran V. Marks Jr., 24, 1213 Jefferson Ave., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alejandro A. Calis, 23, 1205 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of U.S. immigration law.

* Garcia S. Gilibaldo, 22, 1205 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of U.S. immigration law.

* Calix Miton, 22, 1205 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of U.S. immigration law.

* Jennie Haffner, 46, 911 Kimbel Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Clinton H. Broxton, 25, 407 N. Neal St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Paula R. Goodson, 45, of Glenallen, Mo., received a summons for following too close, causing an accident.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street. of
