DWIs; Arrests; Thefts; Burglary; Miscellaneous; Jackson: Thefts; Burglaries; Miscellaneous

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Clayton J. Havill, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

* Patricia Ann Bigham, 22, of 2710 County Road 645, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane.

Arrests

* Johnny Ray Mac Hunter, 23, 418 Themis St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

* Derek Anton Mingo, 41, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Michael Paul Park, 27, 6 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Deelana Camille Anderson, 28, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for prohibited acts, noise, at 216 N. Missouri Ave.

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of charges of trespassing.

* Joe Willie Brand, 26, 1523 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

* Watches, a checkbook, a backpack, textbooks and assorted papers were reported stolen at 612 North St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Rhodes, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported two incidents of stolen gasoline.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3012 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of stolen gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 105 N. Clark Ave. A door was reported damaged during the break-in.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card was reported.

* McDonald's, 3419 William St., reported counterfeiting.

* McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, reported two cases of counterfeiting.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A stolen vehicle was recovered at Independence Street and Clark Avenue.

* A 42-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.

* A harassing phone call was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft of fuel was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

* A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported on Clark Street.

* A disturbance was reported in the 5100 block of Birk Lane.

* Harassment was reported in the 5100 block of Birk Lane.
