The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Darnelus Deron Harris, 21, 1138 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and driving without headlights.

* Adam Pavelka, 24, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Apt. 32, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Jonathan Andrew Seyer, 23, 2031 Beth Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Javon Jeremy Buxton, 25, 1310 Shelby St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine.

* Ashley Ann Jackson, 17, 905 E. Cypress St., Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* John Michael Eldridge, 51, 45 S West End Blvd., Apt. 105, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Robby Lynnette Durham, 22, 4 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for park curfew and failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Thefts

* A trailer, Missouri license number WEW 514, was reported stolen from 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 44.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St.

* Shoes, a belt and eyeglasses were reported stolen from 205 Caruthers Ave.

Property damage

* Advanced Business systems reported a windshield damaged at 2845 Independence St.

* Eggs were reported thrown on a vehicle at 114 N. West End Blvd.

* Tires were reported damaged at 205 Caruthers Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported two instances of failure to return rental property.

* D-Mart Citgo reported receiving a forged check at 263 Farrar Drive.

* Miscellaneous items were reported found at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Jackson

The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Gregory E. Stafford, 44, 2120 Route UU, Burfordville, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Theft

* Jewelry and medication were reported stolen from the 400 block of East Lane.
