The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Clarence D. Love, 42, 115 N. Fountain St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations.

* Two 12-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges for stealing and assault.

Summonses

* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 25, 539 S. Pacific St., received a summons for a leash-law violation and failure to possess or display a city animal license.

Thefts

* A car door was reported damaged and numerous electronics were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A purse was reported stolen from inside a vehicle at 3049 William St.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A purse was reported stolen at 724 Themis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3261 William St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a cell phone. A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1072 Linden St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 223 S. Ellis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 804 N. Cape Rock Drive.

* A GPS unit, receiver and remote control were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* A key and cell phone were reported stolen at Water Street and Broadway.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported two incidents of gasoline theft.

* A pickup truck was reported stolen at 3415 William St. The truck was later recovered.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1803 Bloomfield St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 13 Doctors' Park Drive.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

Burglary

* Two burglaries, both with a theft of electronics, were reported at 2849 Themis St.

* B&H Convenience Store, 1021 Bloomfield St., reported a burglary and theft of money and tobacco products.

* A burglary and theft of construction equipment were reported at 105 N. West End Blvd.

* Pour House, 113 Broadway, reported a burglary, damage to a register and a theft of money and alcohol.

* A burglary was reported at 1022 Jefferson Ave.

* A burglary was reported at 610 Woodbine Place.

* A burglary and theft of a firearm were reported at 2850 Whitener St.

* A burglary and theft of a television and a computer was reported at 9 Village Drive.
