The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Nikki L. Russell, 32, 1602 Wilma St., Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, following too close and no seat belt.

Arrests

* Darcy Terrill Jackson, 29, 808 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Arthur Kent Whitfield, no age given, 821 Amwood St., Kansas City, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.

* Tremayne T. Sutherland, no age or address given, was arrested on a warrant for a suspended operator's license.

* Gerald L. Ivy, 21, 1004 Maple Lane, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear.

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of charges for possession of burglary tools and identity theft.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of charges for third-degree assault of a police officer.

Summonses

* Johnny Ray Wyatt Jr., 30, 228 Albert St., Scott City, was issued a summons on suspicion of stealing cigarettes from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Candace A. Thompson, no age given, of Olive Branch, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of illegally striking a stopped vehicle.

* Richard A. Beppler, 3126 Themis St., Apt. 1, was issued a summons on suspicion of no operator's license.

* Assault was reported in the 900 block of Hackberry Street.

* Assault was reported in the 1000 block of Emily Street.

* Second-degree domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of South Hanover Street.

Thefts

* A wallet and cash were reported stolen at 10 S. West End Blvd.

* Cash was reported stolen from Target, 202 Siemers Drive.

* A debit card and rings were reported stolen from 1026 Bloomfield St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and a checkbook stolen from 1701 Lacey St.

* Failure to pay for food was reported at China Palace, William Street and Mount Auburn Road.

* Stealing was reported at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

* A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* A car window was reported broken and an expandable baton taken at 1404 Rose St.

* Second-degree robbery was reported at 424 S. West End Blvd.

* Gas was reported stolen from D-Mart, 3415 William St.

* Stealing and property damage were reported at Midwest Enterprises, 3265 William St.

* Gas was reported stolen from Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road.

* A cellular phone and keys were reported stolen at Capaha Park.
