The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Richard L. Fink, 31, 408 Donald St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a red light.

Arrests

* Kimbra Luebbers, 52, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St.

* Travis B. Wade, 50, 545 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Thefts

* A portable PlayStation, cell phone and digital camera were reported stolen at 1122 Ranney Ave.

* Money, clothing and a camera were reported stolen at 19 N. Water St.

* License plates were reported stolen at 2136 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen.

Burglary

* A robbery was reported 341 S. Sprigg St.

* A burglary was reported at 224 S. Lorimier St.

Property damage

* A door and couch were reported damaged at 5 Village Drive, Apt. 7.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Littering was reported in the 1000 block of South Hanover Street.

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* A known burn or explosion was reported.

* A parked gray 2000 Dodge Intrepid was towed at 334 S. Middle St. for obstructing traffic.

* Tampering with a witness and a violation of an order of protection were reported.

* Regions Bank, 407 N. Kingshighway, reported check kiting.

* Daryl V. McClain, 36, 2830 Independence St., Apt. 13, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended, displaying false license plates and no registration.

Summonses

* Thaddeus Schwepker, 37, 306 N. Neal St., received a summons Thursday for failing to register a motor vehicle annually, failure to maintain insurance and driving while suspended.

* Clarence J. Biggerstaff, 31, 1340 Wayne St., received a summons Thursday for no registration.

* Jessica L. Davis, 18, of Oak Ridge received a summons Friday for no registration.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Morgan Street.

* Jessica F. Hinman, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and failing to dim lights within 500 feet.

Arrests

* Kristen R. Overy, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer and domestic assault.

* Heartstill D. Campbell II, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Chad A. Collier, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, theft, violating terms of ex parte and driving while revoked.

* Otis Johnson, 29, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.

* Lacey I. Schreckenberg, 18, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

* John J. Womack, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and possessing 35 grams of marijuana.
