Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Teri Lynn Poole, 45, 1459 Rand St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to wear a seat belt.

* Nicole Annette Duncan, 25, 3010 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

* James Harlis Pettigrew, 39, 1117 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Charles John Nocera, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for animal neglect.

* Zachary I. Glidewell, 20, 308 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Joe Willie Brand Jr., 26, 1523 N. Spanish St., received a summons for prohibited acts, playing a stereo loud.

* Michael Bryan Hilderbrand, 19, of Park Hills, Mo., received a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* A subject is in custody for domestic assault pending the filing of formal charges.

Thefts

* A laptop was reported stolen at 605 Broadway.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Burglary

* Drywall was reported broken out and a furnace reported stolen at 930 William St.

Property damage

* A car radio frame was reported damaged and a JVC head unit, iPod and amplifier were reported stolen at 8 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An 8-month-old girl with brown eyes and black hair was reported missing.

* A 39-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Sabrina J. Franklin, 19, 392 Country Lane, received a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Howard Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Littering was reported in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 700 block of West Adams Street.
