Cape West Rotart awards $2,000 to Boys and Girls Club

Cape West Rotary awarded more than $2,000 in Community Assistance Program Grant Rotary funds to the Boys and Girls Club. The money was used to purchase art supplies, easels, paint, paper, pencils, markers, games, movies, storage units, cabinets and other items. The mission is to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Cape West Rotarians went shopping, placed rotary labels on the items and delivered all the items to the Boys and Girls club as a Celebration Event on Dec. 16, 2009.
