Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tonya Adams, 18, 825 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of theft at 3049 William St.

* Shawna Santos, 26, 905 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of theft at 3049 William St.

* Caleb Michael Diggs, 18, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol as a minor.

* Jessica Leean Scott, 18, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Marco Antonio Dominguez, 17, 209 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possessing alcohol as a minor.

* Alan Michael Patrick, 18, 507 N. Third St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a probation violation warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Gregory Johnson, 206 Pearl St., received a summons for stealing at 3439 William St.

* Dillon Poole, 1111 Harmony St., received a summons for failing to yield.

Thefts

* Two thefts were reported at 3363 Gordonville Road.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 44-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
