The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Aaron C. Young, 24, 4850 Route W, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to use a turn signal, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license, failure to maintain proof of insurance and improper parking.

Arrests

* William E. Goodwin, 31, 537 E. Adams St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for harassment.

* Dustin J. Wondrick, 21, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud and he was wanted as a probation and parole absconder.

Summons

* Jeffrey A. Harker, 45, 122 E. Mary St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Oakland Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
