The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing and property damage.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance.

* Cameron M. Malone Jr., 17, 531 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of interfering with an arrest.

* Tate R. Gerard, 26, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Jonathan G. Marshall, 33, 1927 N. Kingshighway, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Andrew R. McClendon, 26, 408 Bellevue St., No. 3, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation, and no proof of insurance.

Assault

* A statutory rape was reported.

* A burglary and theft of electronics, jewelry and furniture was reported at 823 S. Benton St.

Theft

* An iPhone and cash were reported stolen at 3248 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lera E. McCarver, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Justin W. Lafentres, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Heather J. Beck, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Erik M. Marshall, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering with a victim.

* Anjoel D. Vandeweghe, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
