The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael W. Davis, 41, 1721 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.

* Avery C. Whitney, 19, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Justin L. Hart, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for truancy.

* Darrell D. Houston, 31, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Rico F. Lucious, 19, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.

* Jennifer L. Abernathy, 32, 408 Keller Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Jacob A. Canoy, 19, 3720 Shalom St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jacqueline Y. Kittleson, 21, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of stealing radiators from Pro Auto Service, 200 S. Kingshighway.

* Jimmy C. Norfleet, 23, 710 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

* Tommy L. White, 39, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for striking a legally stopped vehicle, no insurance and for failure to appear for no insurance and improper turning.

Summonses

* Christopher W. Gill, 23, 1181 Bertling St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Renate I. Deblois, 55, 717 Normal Ave., received a summons for trespassing.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg S., reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1304 Independence St.

* An amplifier, subwoofers and tires were reported stolen at 624 Boxwood Drive.

* Antique samurai swords were reported stolen at 27 N. Main St.

* A washing machine was reported stolen at 1635 Themis St.

* Cosmetics were reported stolen at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Vehicle speaker wires were reported stolen at 1423 Luce St.

Burglary

* Sonic Drive-In, 1764 N. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

Property damage

* A steering column was reported damaged on a vehicle at 319 Park Ave., where money was also reported stolen.

* Property damage along with assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* License plates were reported found.

* A 10-year-old girl was reportedly bitten by an animal.
