The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Garret C. Fink, 30, 408 N. Donald St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

* Ahesha N. Kirkpatrick, 31, 630 Broadridge Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Misty G. Mayberry, 29, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Trishia A. Grubb, 33, 630 Broadridge Drive, received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Paul M. Rubbs, 31, 2094 Old Toll Road, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Firefighters responded to the following call Wednesday:

* A motor vehicle accident at North High Street and Route Y.

* A gas spill on East Jackson Boulevard.
