The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Gary W. Allen, 36, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license.

* Patricia J. Simmons, 53, McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Cory Danon Hodges, 40, 921 Hackberry St., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license, failure to drive on right of the roadway and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Andre M. Henderson, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Platte County warrant for a probation violation and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert W. Poley, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Sikeston Department of Public Safety warrant for failure to appear in court, contempt of court and drinking in public.

* Stuart C. Higgerson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Edward E. Sutton, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court, failure to yield, driving without insurance and unlawful use of a dump site.

* Taylor E. Thorne, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Kimberly D. Jordan, 29, of Jackson was arrested for failure to appear in court and failing to wear a properly fastened safety belt.

* Matthew E. Hampton Sr., 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Latavisha K. Lopez, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Michael S. Sutherland, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of third-degree assault.

* Mark R. Dunn, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and on a Texas County warrant for failure to appear in court, driving while intoxicated and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Leon C. Wilder, 26, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, driving while revoked and with an unlicensed vehicle.

* Morris L. Carwile, 61, 1803 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for nonsupport.

* Ricky L. Jones, 24, Ellsinore, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Zachary A. Graham, 19, 1242 Woodlawn Ave., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* David T. Hahs, 22, 7882 County Road 621, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Tray Lemar Rice, 18, 306 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Catherine Lee Stovall, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A concrete swan planter was reported stolen at 223 Hillview St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 10 S. West End Boulevard.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

* An ex-parte violation was reported.
