The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Latavia Umfleet, 32, 623 Sycamore Circle, No. 1, Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for larceny.

* Joshua L. Carrier, 20, 1225 Bellevue St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Joseph D. Staples, 19, 2800 Woodland Drive, No. 25, Scott City was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Samuel M. Cook, 18, 1623 Deerwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Lyndell Robinson, 17, 451 N. Fredrick St., Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summonses

* Dorothy D. Diesel, 32, 148 Chippewa Lane, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Tracey R. Lawrence, 37, 207 S. Farmington Road, received a summons for theft of municipal utilities.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Brown Street.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Elm Street

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Nancy Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Elm Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

Property damage

* A 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Diana Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Banbridge Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of North Union Avenue and Oak Street.
