The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Thursday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Carlton Jason Price, 29, 730 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 8F, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in taken into custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of marijuana.

* A 14-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.

* Laura Ann Zurbriggen, 43, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 16-year-old female was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* Mary L. Edwards, 20, 622 Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of two counts of failure to maintain property free of litter.

Summonses

* Bruce Leveness Colyott, 54, 715 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for a biting dog.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* A safe and its contents were reported stolen at 1004 S. Benton St.

* Money and a book of stamps were reported stolen at 3120 Independence St.

* A carton of cigarettes was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 2109 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.

* Burglary was reported.

* Soffit and facia panels were reported stolen at Dutch Guttering, 334 S. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

* A dog bite was reported at 1114 Bloomfield Road.

* A checkbook was found on Interstate 55.

* A stolen maroon Dodge Caravan, license number 558-WCE, was recovered at Lexington Avenue and Route W.

* Interfering with child custody was reported.

* Two wallets and their contents were found.

* License plates, number 146-XCK, were found.
