The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending the filing of charges of making a false police report.

* Amy E. Kitchell, 28, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Deborah A. Davis, 47, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ramont L. Williams, 38, 415 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of escaping parole.

* Trey A. Simpson, 18, 1640 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Clayton C. Leming, 19, 1801 Mulberry St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Christin N. Garcia, 20, 126 Donald St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Chelsey L. Jones, 18, 126 Donald St., Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Michael J. Abernathye, 19, 137 South Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jameel C. Thomas, 19, 1036 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ortres T. Bridges, 17, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Richard L. Stanley, 47, 1721 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* Lisa M. Williams, 29, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for property damage, driving while revoked, improper registration and a probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* Steven R. Hanks, 40, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for prohibited acts and trespassing.

* Ronald E. Caudle, 31, of Grand Chain, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Kateeka L. Hill, 31, 7 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Edward A. Graham III, 22, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a probation violation.

* Lawrence V. Wesley, 48, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for no operator's license.

Summonses

* Edna J. Gates, 38, 1514 Scott St., received a summons for trespassing.

* William T. Wiggins, 30, 120 S. Russell St., Jackson, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* A dresser drawer with a mirror, entertainment center and a couch were reported stolen at 755 S. Kingshighway.

* A PlayStation 2 and 3 were reported stolen at 207 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* McClanahan Realty, 7 Village Drive, reported two door locks damaged.

* Lindenwood Apartments, 1105 Linden St., reported a metal cover on a washing machine damaged.

* Four bus seats were reported damaged by First Student Bus Co.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported.

* Indecent exposure was reported.
