The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Eric A. Mitchel, 31, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery and stealing a motor vehicle.

* A subject was in custody facing filing of formal charges for stealing.

* William C. Faries, 40, 815 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Luis A. Estevez, 19, 125 Hazel St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, driving without a license and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Sarah L. Walker, 27, 1105 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing an automobile.

* Jose T. Botello, 25, 211 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and escaping from custody.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for second-degree domestic assault.

* A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

* A 13-year-old was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for damaging landscaping rocks at 38 N. Hanover St.

Summonses

* Justin L. Mercer, 20, 607 North St., was issued a summons for disorderly house.

* Peggy A. Kelley, 46, 408 Albert St., was issued a summons for stealing.

* William Weckback, 325 N. Pacific St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and making an improper turn.

Assault

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Jewelry and coins were reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Cash was reported stolen at 1905 Bloomfield Road.

* A DVD player, VCR, PlayStation, food, tools, hair curler and curlers were reported stolen and tires reported damaged at 624 S. Pacific St.

* An air conditioner was reported stolen and door facing damaged at 408 S. Hanover St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen in two separate incidents at BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* Burglary was reported at 2571 Magnolia Ave.

Property damage

* A glass door was reported broken at Don's Store 24, 624 S. Pacific St.

* A glass window was reported damaged at 522 S. Ellis St.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 1153 Landgraf St.

* A vehicle headlight and hood were reported damaged in the 1900 block of Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Careless and imprudent driving was reported on North Kingshighway.
