The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cole Johnson Mann, 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Two subjects were in custody pending charges of theft and child endangerment.

* Dakota Edward Umfleet, 24, 211 Pindwood Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Janet Renee Umfleet, 24, 211 Pindwood Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Deandre M. Tipler, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for a traffic offense.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* A debit card and cash were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Jewelry and money were reported stolen at 21 S. Henderson Ave.

* A debit card was reported stolen at 46 S. Henderson Ave.

* An iPod was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Burglary

* A door was reported damaged at 2826 Whitener St., and a microwave, Wii, camera, television, DVD player, tables, carpet and a barbecue grill were reported stolen.

* A window was reported broken at 1625 Bessie St., and a laptop, television, cameras and bicycle were reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 19-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
