The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license, no proof of insurance, driving while intoxicated, drinking while operating a vehicle and speeding.

Arrests

* Joshua W. Busche, 24, 728 Highland Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Daniel J. Hall, 18, 1106 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, expired license plates and failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Aaron W. Gordon, 20, 1022 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violating a protection order.

Summons

* Scott W. Pierce, 28, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 78, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Thefts

* License plates were reported stolen at 3065 Gordonville Road.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle's hood was reported damaged at 2001 Donna Lane.

* A door was reported damaged at 427 S. Louisiana Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

* Tampering with a witness and domestic assault were reported.

* Improper lane usage was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A 19-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
