The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.

* Brett Cameron Medlin, 19, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violation.

* Latorya Nashay Mackins, 28, 15166 Highway 177, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Roey E. Green, 40, of Greenville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Kevin Michael Steward, 30, of Centerville, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for four counts of failure to appear.

* Brandon Willie Walls, 28. 1440 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

* Joseph Lee Grant Jr., 25, 130 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

* Don Hall Roth, 34, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.

* Rezese Litillitus Putman III, 26, 3010 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.

* Kenneth John Schmitz, 23, 2110 Yorktown Drive, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.

* Dee Lester Goodin, 24, 380 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.

* Clayton Ross LeGrand, 24, 3120 Laurel Lane, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.
