Rodger and Jan Chisman of Cape Girardeau and Mark and Magdalene Vogel of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacy Leigh Vogel, to Andrew Ronald Jones, both of Louisville, Ky. He is the son of Ron and Lisa Jones of Windhoek, Namibia, Africa.

Vogel received a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from Murray State University. She is a registered dietitian at Norton Hospital and Kosair Children's Hospital.

Jones received a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from Mercer University, and is pursuing a master of divinity degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is employed part time at Microbac Laboratories.

An Oct. 2 wedding is planned at Crescent Hill Baptist Church in Louisville.
