Curtis - Ressler

William H. and Lisa Curtis of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Mae Curtis, to Charles Peter Ressler. He is the son of Chris Ressler of Roy, Utah, and Wes and Janet Wade of Jackson.

Curtis is a 2007 graduate of Jackson High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in hospitality management from Southeast Missouri State University in December. She is employed at HealthPoint Fitness in Cape Girardeau.

Ressler is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Missouri. He is employed at AT&T in Cape Girardeau.

An Oct. 16 wedding is planned at Lynwood Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
